The following are minimum cost prices. We can never go below these prices. These prices do not include iTaula commission or sales commission.

Monthly fee commissions
Commission structure per monthly fee
Monthly commissions are calculated on the monthly fee charged to the customer. Use the calculator below to work out commissions in real time.
First year
The partner receives 20% of the monthly fee during the first year of the customer's contract.
Second year
The partner receives 10% of the monthly fee during the second year of the customer's contract.
Customer discounts
Partners can offer a maximum discount of 10% on public calculator prices. This discount is applied to the monthly fee before calculating commissions.
Current prices
- • iTaula licence: from €45 per month per venue, including the POS and the QR digital menu.
- • Optional modules (QR ordering, analytics, Verifactu, bookings): quoted separately for each venue.
- • Hardware: renting from €55 per month or buy the pack from €449.
- • No commitment, with installation and training included.
Commissions are calculated on the monthly fee charged to the client: 20% the first year and 10% the second. For a closed quote, ask the iTaula team.

Recommended sale prices
- • PDA: Minimum 200€ (recommended 220€)
- • Card terminal: Minimum 400€ (recommended 450€)
- • Printer: Minimum 120€ (recommended 140€)
- • Screen: Minimum 500€ (recommended 550€)
- • Cash drawer: Minimum 50€ (recommended 60€)

- • Cost prices are absolute minimums
- • Commissions are calculated on profit (sale price - cost price)
- • iTaula receives 30% of profit
- • The partner receives 70% of profit
- • Margin must be enough to cover costs and generate profit
