No. Neither the licence nor the renting has a minimum term: if iTaula isn't right for you, you leave with no penalty.

Not necessarily. iTaula works on any tablet, iPad, phone or computer with Internet. The only thing that needs specific equipment is printing tickets: for that you need an Android tablet, which is included in the hardware pack.

Yes. If you prefer to modernise your restaurant from the ground up, we offer a complete hardware + software package ready to use, with touchscreen, printer and cash drawer. You can buy it or rent it. See POS renting.

No. iTaula runs in the cloud and needs a connection to take payments. That's why we recommend a backup 4G router that only kicks in if your fibre goes down; with it you keep taking payments even if the venue's line fails.

No. Customers scan the table's QR code and the menu opens in their phone's browser, with no downloads or sign-ups.

Yes. The digital menu can be shown in several languages, with photos and allergens, and each customer reads it in theirs when they scan the QR code. QR digital menu.

Yes. The Verifactu module adds the verification QR code to every ticket and sends the records automatically. The current deadlines in Spain are 1 January 2027 for companies and 1 July 2027 for self-employed business owners.

Yes. You see all your venues in the same dashboard, each with its own menu and till, and you can compare their sales.

We train your team (waiters, cashier, managers) so they can use iTaula from day one. With new hardware, installation and training are included in the package. A new waiter learns to take orders in an afternoon.

You have technical support (by email, chat or phone) 7 days a week, and extended support plans if you need them. Our goal is that your restaurant never loses operation due to the system.

Yes. iTaula supports card, mobile, QR payments, etc., and works with both your existing devices and new ones we provide. Compatibility and integration with your workflow is confirmed during the analysis phase.
